WebExceptionStatus=ProtocolError;ResponseStatusCode=503;WebException=System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

Hi @PriyaJayaraman-7005 ,

See if this article helps: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/outlook-anywhere-users-prompted-for-credentials-when-they-try-to-connect-to-exchange-server-2013-or-exchange-server-2016-07ec2dce-059f-c817-8650-47c62b9e0f7a

Now the Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2013 are in coexistence mode right? I think you should check the autodiscover settings and also the certificate in IIS.

Best regards,
Lou

Hi @PriyaJayaraman-7005 ,

Can you login Outlook after configuring the profile?
If so, I believe this is because the Exchange 2013 uses Anywhere for clients to connect. And for Exchange 2007, it should be different.
