Exam regristration is not working

Appears to be all exams. Been happening for days. Tried multiple browsers and devices, clearing cookies and cache. As soon as I click the link to schedule, it tries to reload the page, quickly, about 5 times then stops, leaving me with a white screen that has some kind of small toolbar at the bottom.
