Unable to schedule a Teams meeting through Outlook

After installing and logging in to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. the button in Outlook for scheduling a new Teams meeting is showing, but not functioning. After pressing it, pop up window is saying "We couldn't schedule the meeting. Please try again later." This is happening all the time, even after two weeks from installation.
What is the issue?

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

I cannot get the Teams Meeting add-in for Outlook to install or show.
Is there anyone that can help with my problem?
I already tried these troubleshooting steps:
1. All available updates for Outlook desktop client applied.
2. Ran the Microsoft Support Recovery Assistant to perform automated troubleshooting steps and fixes.
3. Follow these steps:
4. Restarted Outlook as well as the Teams desktop client + Sign out and then sign back in
5. Made sure the Teams desktop client it isn't disabled in Outlook. – i.e. the Add-ins tab of Outlook Options dialog box
6. Confirmed that Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office is listed in the Active Application Add-ins list
7. Set the checkbox next to Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office.
8. Launched RegEdit.exe and made sure within TeamsAddin.FastConnect, verified the LoadBehavior exists and is set to 3
What else can I do and try?

Hi @VericaPandiloskaGicheva-0289,

I recommend you to uninstall the Teams client and then reinstall it.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/download-app

After that you could try to schedule a Teams meeting through Outlook.

Hi!

Can you schedule the meeting normally in Teams client or web client?

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

In this case, we recommend you check if you have added Teams account to your outlook client. You can go to the File->Info->account information to see it. If you do not add Teams account in your outlook, you can click add account to add it.

Then try to restart Teams and outlook client to see if works for you.

Hi!

How do I add a Teams account to my outlook client? I've been trying to do what you explain here, but when I click add account, I only have the possibility to add an email account not a Teams account.

Thanks for your help!

I just came across this question, and also had the problem that I could not see the Microsoft Teams add-in, which I thought I had already loaded. On the off-chance I tried taking down other add-ins and found that Teams through Outlook began to work as soon as I close down Dragon Naturally Speaking. May be worth going through the same process of closing down programs that interact with Outlook, in case one of them is causing a conflict.

I have exactly the same problem despite reinstalling Teams and checking the Add-in is active. Also the resolved page is in Chinese characters

hi!
hope that the updated page will lead to a solution.
Use the Teams Meeting add-in in Outlook

Authentication requirements
The Teams Meeting add-in requires users to sign in to Teams using Modern Authentication. If users do not use this method to sign in, they'll still be able to use the Teams client, but will be unable to schedule Teams online meetings using the Outlook add-in. You can fix this by doing one of the following:
If Modern Authentication is not configured for your organization, you should configure Modern Authentication.
If Modern Authentication is configured, but they canceled out on the dialog box, you should instruct users to sign in again using multi-factor authentication.
To learn more about how to configure authentication, see Identity models and authentication in Microsoft Teams.

hi! @Detarioideae-4216
I found a page that might be useful to you,
hope this page can help you .
【When you don't see the New Teams Meeting button in Outlook】
In Outlook, the New Teams Meeting button may not appear.
In this case, it is possible that the Teams add-in has been disabled in Outlook.
To enable the Teams add-in in Outlook, click File on the top ribbon, then click Options from the left menu.
Click Add-ins from the left menu, then click Settings.
In the list of add-ins, find the add-in that says Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office, select the check box to the left, and click OK.

【Even if you follow the above steps, the add-in may not be enabled.】
When the Teams add-in is enabled but not enabled
In that case, click File> Show Disabled COM Add-ins on the ribbon to force the Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office to be enabled.
The Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office is very heavy and takes a long time to start Outlook, so Outlook may be automatically disabled.
If the add-in is disabled without permission, it is almost always the case.

It may be a very important point.
Frequently, there is a phenomenon that does not work.
The Teams client installs the correct add-in by determining if users need the ★32-bit or ★64-bit version.
