Sometimes, it can take some time before it shows up. If its not there in 24 hours, then I would open a support ticket with Microsoft.
Accepted domain is't default on admin pannel and hidden on o365 exchange pannel!!!!
hi, we have opened this new tenant, and added our custom domain, we have verified it and it is now active.
However, we noticed that it is not present in the list of accepted domains in the online exchange panel.
This does not allow us to receive emails.

As "AD-7937" said, you may need to wait a while for Office 365 to sync. Here is a article about how to open service request in Office 365 admin center, it may be useful to you, if this new domain still not show in Exchange online accepted domain after 24 hours.
