Post Feature update installation through intune ESP pops up for the end user

Hello Team,
127132-esp.png127045-error-message.png
We have deployed the Quality update and Feature Update through Update rings for Windows 10 in intune.
We have devices in these Azure AD Registration ,Azure AD Join and Hybrid Azure AD join category as well.
Few are co management through SCCM , Now after installing the update , more than 30 + users are getting ESP prompt post restart and then its not moving further at ESP page it says an error will attach the error message.

Currently we are not implemented Auto pilot in our infra how ever we have configured this "Enrollment Status Page " this setting,

Could some one guide me how to figure out this issue.

@VigneshPandian-5549 Jason has provided the method that set "Only show page to devices provisioned by out-of-box experience (OOBE)" to Yes. Have you tried? If it is helpful, please accept Jason's answer.

Thanks for your kindness in advance.
