MS Store not working

Question

Windows 10 Home build 2004
I ran window troubleshooter for the store and got "Hanging or crashing Apps" not fixed. There is no store icon. In the "Windows option" button, I see some apps but they do not execute and are listed as "ms-resource:..." and do not execute.

I run wsreset in elevated command prompt and I error window "You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store link"

How do I regain the store app?

I also ran get-appxpackage "windowsstore" and it just returns the ">" and I go no further

Try to re-register Windows Store
Open PowerShell as administartor
Copy and paste the command below into PowerShell, and press Enter.
Get-AppXPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
When finished, you can close PowerShell, and try opening the Microsoft Store app again.
If still no use, create a new admin account to check Store, because Store is based on account, current user profile issue may corrupt store, but other account’s store app will not be influenced.

Acer system was corrupted. Ordered new Lenovo system and trashed Acer.
