Fully Built Server Hardware Certification for Windows 2019 Server Operating System

Exatron is a Server Manufacturer / Assembler in India and would want to certify Fully Built Intel Servers (done through the Intel Configurator) for pass-through 'Windows Server 2019 Certified' under Exatron's Make and Model. What would we need to do if we already have Azure Stack HCI Program Agreement and have been onboarded on Microsoft Collaborate?

Exatron uses these Intel Serverboards as a fully built system (L9), via Intel Configurator and resells under Exatron brand, Make & Model.
