omadmclient.exe forcing reboot

We have a hybrid environment utilizing Intune and today the entire org got a forced reboot, event log shows:

The process C:\WINDOWS\system32\omadmclient.exe (XXXXXXX) has initiated the restart of computer XXXXXXXX on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: Operating System: Reconfiguration (Planned)
Reason Code: 0x80020004
Shutdown Type: restart
Comment:

I can't find any policy that would've dictated this and am unsure what caused it, looking for any insight as the majority of the office is a call center and it caused some major problems for us this afternoon. I pushed a batch file to everyone's desktop to cancel the shutdown as apparently this has been ongoing all week but I've been OOO.

Did you recently enable a new configuration like App Control? There are a couple of configurations that are known to force a reboot, WDAC being the one I know off-hand.
