Authetucator app

PLEASE! Can someone help me! The app shows me 8 digit instead of 6 and now I can’t log onto any of my apps for work including PayPal. I’m really frustrated because none of the answers here solve my problem. The app was working fine and all of a sudden it has changed. I need real answers to solve my issue because I know you don’t care but is work related and I refuse to loose everything I’ve worked for. Is there a tech support number that actually works? The 2 they gave me I can’t connect! I’m from uruguay (South America) and have been struggling for almost 2 weeks. And it’s so unfair to loose all of my work. same issue and it's really annoying. I can't access my TradingView account since last Friday!

It’s practical a joke! They gave me 2 phone numbers that I couldn’t do anything. I’m really frustrated because everything here is so confusing. I have a new device and did everything as in the older one. And on top op that from the app I did send several times a report and no one even answered. I told the it’s work related and they couldn’t care less. I even have my PayPal account that can’t no longer access and I need it. Someone qualified should answer or at least give a phone number that actually works. I regret downloading the app. Never thought in a million years the situation we are all going through. I’ve noticed a bunch of people with the same issue and they couldn’t care less. Sucks really!

Did you try uninstalling and installing the app? Sometimes the updates might be able to fix this.

I did it like 15 times and same old same old. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Yes I did so many times and also I'm pretty sure I've read all the comments about this problem but no solution!

Exactly! And I don’t explain what happened and also I can’t understand the people from Microsoft that don’t even bother in helping us. It’s really frustrating! I don’t know what else to try so I don’t miss all of my work!

@ElisaPerez-7398 can you click on "Sign in with other" instead of entering your code? There are other options, I just used a pop-up notification to approve the authentication.
