Policy of unique application ID

Hello,

I have this following error when I try to connect a wrong account in Oauth :
"Le compte d'utilisateur sélectionné n'existe pas dans le client « XXX » et ne peut pas accéder à l'application « xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx » dans ce client. Le compte doit d'abord être ajouté en tant qu'utilisateur externe dans le client. Utilisez un autre compte."

I want to know what is the policy of the unique application ID ?
His visibility need to be private or he can be public ?

@EnzoFOUCAUD-3345 , This is an error you get when you are trying to use a Microsoft account (outlook.com, live.com xbox account or any old account which you signed with any Microsoft consumer services) to access an app which requires an organizational account . Organizational account means any account which is created locally in any azure active directory instance . (something like user@azuread-tenant.onmicrosoft.com)

There is no specific policy for the application ID that is mentioned in the error. Do you mean policy in a different context ?? Could you please let me know what ID you were referring to ? I think the error is in French and I tried online translators but I apologize i wasn't able to get better translation. If you provide more details about where you are getting this error and detail about what policy you are referring to , we will try to help you better.

Thank you.

Sorry for my English.

I would like to know if the Application ID should be private or public to the users when the error is communicated.
If a user who is not in the organization tries to log in, he may know the application ID.
