Word is refreshing the reviewing pane

I receive this information at the bottom of a Word document each time I open a Word file with changes and comments incorporated. This is what my job is about! I'm an editor. It's extremely annoying that it takes a dozen seconds (often more) to properly open a file.
Big Sur 11.5.2
Word 16.52 (21080801).
I don't know if I can do anything about it, but please, do something about it during the next update.
For now, any help would be more than welcome.
Thanks,
UrSz

@UrSz-8561

Please go to Review tab > Tracking > Markup Options > Preferences, check the options for displaying tracked changes. I suggest you take a screenshot like the image below. Some settings will force the reviewing pane opening.

Besides, I would suggest you click Review tab > Tracking > Choose Simple Markup > Click Markup Options, tick Comments and Insertions and Deletions, then please open a document to have a check, whether the reviewing pane still show up.
