Why can't I print from the Teams app? I have tried every type of document in Teams - Word, Excel, PDF, etc. I get a blank preview window, and when I click on "Open a Printable PDF of your document" it gives a server error and says, "404 - File or directory not found.". I have tried logging out and in, clearing cache, etc. Nothing works. Is this a known issue? How do I fix it?
Due to the limitation of our environment, we could not reproduce your issue. To narrow down this issue, it recommends you try to login Teams web client to see if this issue can be fixed.
In addition, please try to open the document in app and see if it can print normally.
