0xc03a001a = Virtual hard disk files must be uncompressed and unencrypted and must not be sparse.

There are multiple drivers.
Are any in RAID? Compressed?

non of my Drive is in Raid... but the C:\ drive or OS drive is compressed, is that the issue?
and as far as I know, the Virtual Drive is not Compressed since I don't know how to do it, even when I know I won't do it
so should I uncompress the C:\ Drive?
