Cannot create Teams meeting in Outlook 365

When trying to create a Teams meeting I get the error in the pic and have no idea what to do, i have siged out of Teams in my browser and on my mobile.

Hi @RickyClayton-5574

This issue may related to your Teams account. You could try to clear Teams client cache file by following these steps:

1)Sign out Outlook and Teams client
2)Then Open Run command by pressing Windows + R
3)Type “%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams” and click on OK.
4)Delete all the files and folders inside Teams folder
5)Restart Teams and Outlook client.

Thank you for the advice which i have done however my Teams is now missing from my calendar icons so i cannot test to see if it works now, apologies for what i assume should be basic knowledge but i am limited when it comes to "fault finding"

If you don't see the add-in, make sure that it isn't disabled in Outlook.

  1. In Outlook, choose File and then Options.

  2. Select the Add-ins tab of Outlook Options dialog box.

  3. Confirm that Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office is listed in the Active Application Add-ins list

  4. If the Teams Meeting Add-in is listed in the Disabled Application Add-ins list, select COM Add-ins in Manage and then select Go…

  5. Set the checkbox next to Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office.

  6. Choose OK on all dialog boxes and restart Outlook.
