@AMaDAC-0347,Agree with michev. It has no place to control this number. The only limitation for number of owners per team is 100.
I looked through the documents and didn't find any PowerShell command that can do that.You can use PowerShell to Add-TeamUser or Remove-TeamUser or Get-TeamUser.
