Lost Archive during migrating from 2010 to 2016

Colleagues, good day.
I ask for help in solving the problem, the essence is as follows:
Migrated email accounts from Exchange 2010 to the 2016 version.
I have already solved many different problems, but I still cannot cope with one.
On the server 2010, some users had an archive connected, which was stored on the server in the archive database and displayed as a separate account in Outlook.
After migration to 2016, the archive was no longer displayed as an account and is now not visible at all. There is data in the archive base. I do not know what to do.

I ask for help and I am grateful in advance.

Can see folder, but not messages.

Show me, that all user has 2 archive mailbox.

Hi @47118764

May I ask how did you migrate the mailboxes(using ECP or EMS)?

From your description, this issue seems to happen on all migrated users.
And a new empty archive mailbox is created and linked to the primary mailbox.

I suppose Личный архив means personal archive in English, which is the original archive mailbox in Exchange 2010.
And Архив на месте means in-place archive which is the empty new archive mailbox in Exchange 2016.
