What steps are needed, to get our own SBC product certified for direct routing with Microsoft Teams.

I have been trying to achieve this same thing for so long now. Did you manage to come right? Nobody gets back to me on the drsbccertification@microsoft.com mailbox. Not sure what other avenues to explore...

The short answer was (this is a copy of the mail):

We are not accepting any new nominees for certification for at least next 6 months.

As it was 2nd of Sept last year I just asked for an update, waiting for a reply...
It has no clear process to certify SBC for Microsoft Teams Direct Routing in official document. You could contact drsbccertification@microsoft.com to know about the SBC certification program for Direct routing. The following image captured from this document explains this.
That's what I was looking for. I missed the contact info on this page.

1 . Need public CA to assign certificate for SBC. The certificate needs to be generated by one of the following root certificate authorities:

• Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority
• Comodo Secure Root CA
• Deutsche Telekom
• DigiCert Global Root CA

• Go Daddy
• GeoTrust
• Verisign, Inc.
• SSL.com
• Starfield
• Symantec Enterprise Mobile Root for Microsoft
• SwissSign
• Thawte Timestamping CA
• Trustwave
• TeliaSonera
• T-Systems International GmbH (Deutsche Telekom)
• QuoVadis
• USERTrust RSA Certification Authority
• Hongkong Post Root CA 1,2,3
• Sectigo Root CA
2 . Must import Baltimore certificate, as this is the CA that MS uses for all its SIP Proxy. Download link is below.
