For a long time Exchange server 2019 has been having multiple daily w3wp.exe crashes for MSExchangeOWAAppPool
Server is currently running CU5 and I'm planning to update it to CU6 soon. The issue also existed on CU2 before it was updated to CU5.
The exchange service seems to be unaffected from users point of view but I'm afraid of other issues this could cause along the way. I would like to dig deeper to find the cause of this repeating crash, but so far have not been able to find much information specific to the crash in question.
I attempted to do some debugging but have so far been unsuccessful in using the information to find a cause.

Any help on understanding this issue better and solving it is welcome.

Does the above picture from your monitoring tool? Does there exist any antivirus software on your Exchange server? If there are, I would suggest you try to uninstall all of them.

Because those tools may block or limited the Exchange server read/write permission for OWA virtual directory, which may caused this service crashed. So, try to completely uninstall those tool, then check whether is this phenomenon gone.
