Failed updates on Windows Server 2012 Virtual Machine AWS

It has been two months now since we've encountered error code 800F0922 and we cannot proceed with the monthly windows update for July and August due to this error.

Already tried sfc /scannow, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, restarting wuauserv and bits, clearing cbs log and none seem to work.

Can you help us with this?

Thank you in advance!

Good day,

Unfortunately, there's no luck from our end.

We opened CMD as administrator, entered steps 2 and 3, skipped 4, entered step 5, entered step 6 but not all regsvr32,exe commands were successful (see attachments), entered steps 7 and 9 (skipped 8 and 10 as we are using Windows Server 2012).

We restarted the virtual machine to apply the changes and then tried to update but it still failed. I re-did the steps and did not restart this time but the update was still unsuccessful. (see attachment below).

Any other steps that we can do?

Thanks for your help!
