SCCM Upgrade to 2107 - Help Removing Azure Services\AAD Tenant

We're currently working through pilots for Intune, Desktop Analytics and a move from on-prem SCCM to Cloud Attach.
Previously there were attempts at the setup of desktop analytics via SCCM and Azure.

Post upgrade of our site to 2107, we would like to start fresh with adding our AAD tenant and Cloud Attach.
However, we are unable to remove our existing AAD Tenant configuration:

When we attempt deletion from the console, we receive:

Under Azure Services, we see:

We cannot right click this or see any option to remove the service.

I see mention of similar issues reported here:

Well, I think we answered our own issue.

I recreated Co-Management settings under Cloud-Services => Cloud Attach.
I waited approximately 1 hour.
I then deleted these settings. I was then able to validate no Azure services remained and I could remove our AAD Tenant.
Checking each area now:
