ODBC version vulnerabilities

Across my companies enterprise (workstations, windows clients & windows sql servers) there are multiple version of SSMS and ODBC versions. Are there any known vulnerabilities to having older versions of the ODBC driver installed.

Hi JustsenLori-6340,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.
Based on my research, there were vulnerabilities affecting MDAC before, but they have been fixed. Please refer to the Microsoft Security Bulletin MS03-033 and MS06-014.
For ODBC Driver for SQL Server, I did not find any vulnerabilities, there are some known issues that have been fixed in some versions. Please refer to List of bugs fixed and Release Notes for Microsoft ODBC Driver for SQL Server on Windows for more details.

Best Regards,
Amelia
