@shinish
Thank you for your post!

When it comes to transferring your domain name, can you share what exactly you're trying to do?

  • Are you trying to transfer the custom domain name you added to Azure AD?

  • Are you trying to do this with an Azure Web App?

Any additional information or screenshots of what you're trying to do would be greatly appreciated.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.

Thank you for the swift response. I am trying to create an Azure Webapp [https://kryil.azurewebsites.net/] developed in python Flask and assign it to the domain registered via Azure App service domain. I am now trying to Transfer this domain to another Service Provider like Google Domains. Unfortunately, after the entire process is completed including the payment to the new Provider. I am receiving an email [Attached Screenshot]129179-emailresponse.png that the "Registrar Transfer is Denied". I could not find any reason on why this is happening. Please shed some light to it.

[Subscription is pay-as-you-go]

Thank you

Shinish

@shinish
Thank you for the quick follow up on this!

Based off your error message - Registrar Transfer is Denied, I was able to find some information within Google's documentation regarding Transferring a domain to another registrar.

Can you make sure your domain isn't meeting any of the following Transfer restrictions.

  • If you recently purchased or transferred a domain, Google Domains requires you to wait 60 days before you can transfer your domain to another registrar or user. The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) guidelines mandate this waiting period.

  • If Google Domains has an outstanding administrative action against your domain, you can't transfer your domain until you've resolved the matter.

  • For requirements specific to your domain name ending, refer to the domain ending details

Unfortunately "Registrar Transfer is Denied" is not just limited to google domain. I also tried with several other providers including godaddy. I still have the same issue.
I also found to have the issues with the DNS. I am attaching the dns settings. The site is still down "http://kryil.com".
