DHCP? SOme devices get different lease times

So we have 32 buildings and DHCP scopes for each one all that works etc. We have a new building that replaced one the settings are the same. In that building we have a Scope for the IP phones. In that scope most work fine get their 30 day lease but 2 keep failing and going offline. All we can find is in DHCP they are getting an hour lease vs the 30 days and in the logs I can see about every hour they get a new lease, and go offline while its doing it. I've swapped those phones and the new ones do it. Is there any reason a specific device would get a different lease time then the rest of them? On the devices they are all set to just DHCP nothing special.

Sounds like there may be a rogue DHCP server. Maybe you can disable for a few minutes to see if another replies.

Additionally,
I would suggest to wipe out those two Phones or reset to factory default and see if you are getting 30 days lease.

We've tried that, even replaced the phones and it still does it. I sent a tech out to replace the cables and patch cords waiting for that. Other then that I'm not sure
