I work with registering data in a company with +10.000 employees.. We do not use tagging of documents, nor tagging/categorising of mails, etc... But I do see the benefit of it. I was wondering if Microsoft Office could build a system, a library for this, where all tagged documents, tagged outlook mails, tagged outlook meetings, tagged chats on teams, tagged anything are stored, structured and made visible in a system?
The file manager only do files, typically for just one or few persons, this would do so much more across the organisation. It should be easy to build something like this, and larger companies would love it. Microsoft Office would make a hell of a lot of money on it, binding us all more to you as users.
Sorry, I just had to pinch this idea, and was not sure where to pinch it to. I'll hope you'll do it, for we for sure would need it.
