Azure Government Cognitive Services Turn Off Celebrities

In Azure Government, can I restrict Cognitive services to just people I have previously identified? IE, not included "Celebrities out of the box?"

@DuncanBrandon-3749 Thanks for the question. Can you please add more details about the azure cognitive service that you are trying.

We are using the Azure Video Analyzer. We we run a video through this AI, we need the analysis to run against pictures we have put in Azure, ie we do not want the AI to match people s we have not uploaded into the system. We ran a test by uploading a video of a recent speech from President Biden. The AI recognized him and labeled him as "Joe Biden." For our use this should not have happened because we had not primed our account with his image.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

I guess you are using Azure Video Analyzer for Media (formerly known as Video Indexer).
We are working on a feature that will allow you to decide if to enable or disable the celeb detection model (subjected to some disclaimers - details to be defined soon).
Till then, if you are using Azure Video Analyzer portal (webapp), you can simply delete or rename the specific celeb from your account. If you are using the API to get the insights you can simply edit or skip that. Please email to visupport@microsoft.com if you have any issues with my proposed mitigation.
