Publish printing issues since upgrade to M365

I have a client who recently upgrade to M365 from an on-premises server and Office H&B/Publisher 2019.
They are printing to a Fuji Xerox ApeosPort – VII C5588

Before the M365 upgrade, they could print their publisher files fine, but now when they print, it sometimes will print blank pages, other times it will print half the document, and a setting that may work one day, just doesn't work the next day.

We've installed all available updates, removed and re-installed the printer and drivers, tried different configurations for printer settings and we cannot get the publisher files to print properly. This affects all users at the company, and I am unsure what I may be missing with troubleshooting to try and resolve this issue.

Does this issue occur with other Office documents, Word documents, Excel workbooks?
I suggest you save one publisher file as PDF, or use virtual PDF printer (Microsoft Print to PDF) to get the PDF file.
I also suggest you print the PDF file to have a check.

If there are pictures in the file, it is recommended to compress the pictures to check this issue.
Here are 2 related links you may have a look, "Use the right size picture for the medium", "Compress Pictures".

Please use Publisher for Micorosft 365 Apps to create a new blank file, copy the content from previous files, past onto this new one, then please print it.

Please go to Publisher > Account, check the version name, version number and update channel.
If the latest version does not work, please try to fall back to the previous version. To find the version number list, please refer to "Update history for Microsoft 365 Apps (listed by date)“.
Such as for 64-bit version of Microsoft 356 apps, to forcedown to Version 2104 (Build 13929.20386), you may run the command in Run dialog.
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13929.20386

The same for printer driver, please try an older driver if the newest one does not work.
