Can't find Word, Excel, Power Point app from My Account which was subcribed

Dear IT Team,

I truly need some help because I tried to reinstall the Microsoft app for Desktop (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Out Look App) from My Account (signed to a website: https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=MeControl#subscriptions) but I could not see them.

When I click on "View Apps & Devices" from the page, I only see one app which is "Skype for Business", and I could not find this app above for reinstalling.

I did try many ways to reinstall as well as reinstall my Macbook (macOS Big Sur - Version 11.5.2 system) but it did not work. I followed other guides to remove relevant items of Microsoft in my Library folders but it was not successful.

Please give me another solution.
Many thanks.

An account at https://portal.office.com would indicate an organization/business version. Check with your organization that you are using the correct account, meaning the correct credentials. The account will indicate which type of subscription you are allowed to install.

Thank you VikiJi and Stefan for your great support.

Awesome! Now re-installing Microsoft App for Desktop is completely successful based on the link you provided above: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=525133

However, after I signed on my account and opened Microsoft app (ex: Outlook app) for use, I faced other problem and got a notification: "Your account <username@companyname.com> can use Outlook in offline mode, which doesn't allow sending or receiving email. To send or receive, use another account to active Office. To lean more, contact your admin about the Office plan".

I did check the Subscriptions of my current account. Then I found that Licenses include:
- Microsoft Power Automate Free
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic

It is noted that before my MacBook laptop was reinstalled, I were able use all these Microsoft app (including Outlook, Word, Excel, power point).

I great appreciate if you can give another assistance for me so that I can open and use all these Microsoft apps for desktop as usual.

Many thanks.

Hi anonymous user,
Thanks for your reply and sharing.
How did you get the desktop version of Office before reinstalling?

Please note that Microsoft 365 Business Basic only has a license for Office apps on the Web, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote (plus Access and Publisher for PC only), and does not have a license for the desktop version.

Dear VikiJi,

Wow I am not aware about the package services included inside the Microsoft 365 Business Basic license. You gave me a great answer that I looked for.

Now I got this point and will check it with my admin who created the account for me to check which type of Microsoft version they purchased before. They might make some changes that I did not know.

Again, may thanks for your great support.
