Having significant problems with computer after Microsoft update

Microsfot updated by computer yesterday and I'm having significant problems since. I have to sign on to my gmail and microsoft accounts CONSTANTLY. EVERYTHING is very slow. This is unacceptable.     Hi

    You could try this method below:

    1. Navigate to the folder: C:\users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy
    2. Rename that folder to Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy.old
    3. Then log out your computer and back in again.
