Issue when at custom policy sign in/sign up B2C with Facebook

Hello,

I follow the documentation sign in/sign up B2c with Facebook and I have this error

My claim provider looks like:

I have to mention that the error appears as follow: I complete my credentials, I press Connect, it asks me if I agree that company wants to access my Facebook account and after I press ok, the error appears

Could you please tell me from where the problem could be?

Thank you in advance,
Irina

Hi @IrinaANDON-6568 , can you try adding this to <Metadata />:

 <Item Key="AccessTokenResponseFormat">json</Item>

If this doesn't work please let me know. What document are you following for this? I can look into this further for you.

Best,
James

Hello @JamesHamil-MSFT , I've added, but still it doesn't work.
Documentation from here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/identity-provider-facebook?pivots=b2c-custom-policy is very poor, and I used some github sources examples & this doc: https://tsmatz.wordpress.com/2020/05/12/azure-ad-b2c-ief-custom-policy-walkthrough/.

For policy Facebook.xml I used

For claim provider:

and for user journey same as in the documenation link from above

Yes, if you could help me with this would be wonderful!
Thank you!

Kind regards,
Irina
