Configuration Policy report ends showing 0

Hello.

I have a strange behaviour with Configuration Profile.

When I deploy it starts to increase the numbers in the report

But later (one or two days later) the report is no showing any device (0), neither is showed on of the device in Monitor + Device Configuration section. But appears in MDMDiagReport.html

Configuration Profile type is Settings Catalog. Does anyone know what could happen?

Thanks a lot

I don't know how to edit my previous post. The first picture is wrong.

This is the right one:

@AndresSanchez-8584 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:
1.Did this report shows in Devices > Monitor > assignment status > select a configuration profile? Or in other page?
2.Only Settings Catalog shows this situation? Did any other configuration profile have similar situation?

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.

Thanks, LuDai.

  1. No, it is not showed in Devices > Monitor > assignement status (!?) In fact I created another profile in Settings Catalog and neither is being showed in assignement status (!!??). Is there a bug? It is anoying behaviour because I have more than 70 setting for security puporses. Maybe I have to rewrite in another type of profile.

  2. Other profiles have not this behaviour. I am starting to test another settings catalog, but i guess will be the same

@AndresSanchez-8584 Thanks for your update.

  1. It seems that the Administrator Templates profiles and Settings Catalog profiles are not listed in Devices > Monitor > assignment status. It seems a known issue. It is suggested to open an online support ticket to double confirm and find if there is any method to fix it in the backend. It is free. Here is the online support link and hope it helpful.

  2. I have created a Settings Catalog profile yesterday. Currently, it reports well. I will focus on it, if the report changes, I will reply in the post.

You can also feedback this issue to the online support to get more effective help.

Thanks for understanding.

Thanks again LuDai.

I am working with a new settings catalog profile and it is working fine. So It seems to be a corruption issue.
I hope this wont happen so often because is not possible to copy a profile and i have to rewrite it againg.

Regards
