Emails are re-directing

user emails which is sent from axx@domain1.com to mxxx@domain2.com are redirecting to his external address(xxx@domain3.com) , without receiving on his Own mailbox.

Then when it comes to the issue you described, agree with Andy that it's suggsted to check both the Outlook client rule and the mail flow rule.

From the Outlook client of the user affected, check if a rule like below has been configured:

From the Exchange admin centern, verify if you have created a rule to rediret the messages:

Either by Outlook Rule or Transport Rule in that case. Check for both.
