All *.azurewebsites.net domains that use TLS appear to be down when loaded in chrome

As of this morning, attempting to load any https://.azurewebsites.net site in chrome produces an SSL error: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

This also happens when making javascript fetch requests to an api hosted on https://***.azurewebsites.net - but it appears these sites still load in mobile chrome.

Any ideas what's happening here?

@AdamBrown-6556 Thanks for reaching out. We've gotten similar reports from other customers today about this issue: azurewebsites.net issue - Your connection to this site isn't secure ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.

There seems to be an issue with an ISP: https://twitter.com/ealexhudson/status/1434921204289351683.
Please check if this is what is impacting you as well.
