Help needed with SharePoint List Flow

Im trying to create a flow between 2 sharepoint lists. On list 1, there is a field called Current Employee with yes/no option. If Yes is chosen, want flow to populate list 2 with fields from list 1. All the fields below are on both lists. If the criteria is true, where current employee is marked as yes, i want it to delete from list 1 as well.

Fields to come from list 1:
Employee Name
Role
Direct Manager
Current Employee
Hire Date

Is this possible. I seem to be struggling on this.

You could create the first flow as following pictures show.

Then create the second flow as following pictures show.

Hello Emily,

Thanks for sending over your update. This works. I was able to remove the manual trigger to allow on when item is modified, which will be the case in my situation. However, when i test the flow, it continues to run although it already processed the request. Seems since there is no stop trigger, NO, it continues to apply actions that aren't their.

To resolve this issue, I suggest you create two separated flows. One flow is to create items in the list2, one flow is to delete items in the list1.

I have updated the answer, please check.

It constantly keeps creating my name, over and over again although the record is already deleted from the first table.
