Visual Studio 2019 and C# code editor and scrolling by pressing and holding down arrow on the scroll bar

Visual Studio 2019 and C# code editor and scrolling by pressing and holding down arrow on the scroll bar.

Let me list the thigs that do work fine:
-clicking on and dragging the scroll bar thing, and moving it up and down.
-pressing down arrow key (on the keyboard) and holding it
-pressing page down and holding it

So, what does not work: Pressing the down arrow on the scroll bar and holding it. It works choppy, it moves only once or twice per second and then pauses for 5, 6 seconds and moves. Sometimes it moves down two rows at once, but most of the time, just once. It is an painful experience.

(just random thing, I do have a 144 Hz monitor, and people do complain about high refresh rates and Visual Studio.

Random stabs in the dark are highly appreciated.

(Omg, what is this Tags Required form, I want to kill myself. There is no tag for VS2019? omg, that tags entry form, wtf)

I can't reproduce this issue in VS2019 v16.11.2.

On the upper right corner of Visual Studio there is a send feedback button where you are report a problem with Visual Studio.

Can anyone guess why my editor will not scroll when pressing and holding down and up arrows? All the windows and tabs (like output, immediate window) seem to have the same problem. But, in the three view on the left in the options work just fine.

You need a 144 Hz monitor to experience this bug.

Setting the monitor to 60 Hz fixes it, even without restarting the VS.

Looking forward to seeing how Microsoft deprioritizes this.
