using the Webversion of outlook Our Sales Manager copies new orders from the Inbox folders to the Shared Mailbox and then distributes them to the Various CSRs for them to handle. The manager can no longer do this all she can do is forward to the shared Mailbox and this defeats the accountability and tracking. This worked fine up until last week. About 1 in five times of attempting to copy or move an email we get the "something Went Wrong" error. Screenshot included.

    Hi @William Bishop ,

Before going further, could you please clarify the information below so that we can understand better about your situaiton?

    1. What's the version of your Exchange server?
    2. Is this only affecting the particular user or there are other users who have this issue as well?

Besides, please try the steps below and see if there would be any difference:

    1. To eliminate whether the issue is with the browser, it's suggested to try clearing the browser cache, using incognito/inPrivate mode or switching between different browsers and see how it goes.
    2. If the user is now copying or moving the message by click the "Move to" button or right click a message and select "Move", I'd recommend try directly dragging and dropping the mail to move it. (Hold down "Ctrl" key while dragging and dropping if you need to "copy" a mail to a different location.)
