How to get global permissions?

Hello,

I have quite the problem.

I have been exploring Azure with my business account and for testing purposes I gave my personal account access. However, I recently got a new phone and the authenticator app did not sync well to my new phone and I lost my security key to get into my business account. The backup didn't have it either. So, I have logged on with my personal account to see if I can turn off the two-step verification. However, I don't have global permissions on my personal account to make turn off the two-step verification.

Is there a way around this? Can I somehow give myself global permissions or someone else global permission to make these changes?

Thanks!
