Outlook Teams meeting when created from outlook not visible in outloo/OWA or Teams calendar

Hi There,

When i create a Teams meeting In outlook desktop client, meetings are not visible in outlook calendar or teams calendar, however when i create a meeting using Teams desktop app, meeting shows up both in Outllok and Teams calendar, I have also checked OWA when creating meeting from outlook desktop app and it is not there, any suggestions?

Hi,

Maybe it is a sync issue. Are you using online or cached mode in Outlook desktop client?
If you are using cached, try switching to Online, restarting Outlook and test it out then.

Also, make sure you have the right calendar selected if you have multiple calendars added to your profile.

Hi @HarshitMalhotra-5088 ,

Are you using the Exchange Online account or on-prem?
And could you create a Teams meeing from the OWA if it's an online account:

I would agree with DomagojNovak, his suggestions are reasonable.

In addition, please consider updating the Outlook client or re-creating a profile.
