Plan to test the hardware.
Many of the tests can be performed overnight.
For all tests please post images into the thread.
For any problems posting images please use share links: one drive, drop box, or google drive

1) Run HD Tune (free or trial version) (test all drives)
https://www.hdtune.com/
Post images for results on these tabs:
a) Health
b) Benchmark
c) Full error scan

2) Sea Tools for Windows (test all drives)
Post images of the long generic test

I'm currently doing this. My PC crashed with Stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. What failed: PCIIDEX.SYS while it was doing the Sea Tools for Windows long generic test. The other things are done though, so i'll post them in the meanwhile.

I have added the Seatools for Window's photo now.

This is the HD Tune Pro photos

Run Memtest86 version 9.2 (or newer version if available) for four passes.

Repeat the test so that there are a total of eight passes.

Post images or share links into this thread.

Memtest86 has a feature to create text reports.

Please post the text reports in addition to the images.

https://www.memtest86.com/

Memtest86 can run overnight.

Run Hard Disk Sentinel (free or trial version)
https://www.hdsentinel.com/

Post images of the results on these tabs:

Just to confirm, for the memtest 86, do I need a usb for that one? The read text says I have to make an image or boot from a usb... Does windows have a built in mem test to do this, or does it have to be this memtest86 one?

A USB is needed.

Windows has a memory test.

Unfortunately it has a lot of false negatives.

A false negative is a test pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.

So run Memtest86 version 9.2 or newer for four passes.

Repeat the test so that there are a total of eight passes.

Take pictures with a camera or smartphone camera > post images or share links into this thread

Also post share links for the Memtest86 text reports.

Testing can be performed overnight.

Hard Disk Sentinel produces instantaneous results.
Please post images of these tabs: overview, temperature, and SMART.

The drives have passed all of the tests.

When available post images and text reports of two tests of four passes each.

The computer has two matching RAM modules 8 GB each.

F3-2133C10-8GXM

DDR3

There is another RAM testing software that is slower but can run for a very large number of passes (the more the better sometimes to find malfunctioning RAM).

Here is the mem test.

I was away for a day so it took a while to get them done. Also, yeah, they take a really long time to do. Attached is the link for the results. I couldn't find where to get the text reports... so i took a picture of everything.

The RAM sticks, I was using in my other computer before, but I moved them over to this current pc because they were of better quality compared to the one that I had in the other pc. So installed them in the last 3 weeks.

The problems that you are having with the computer are likely related to the use of incompatible RAM.

The memory tests will test for malfunctioning RAM modules.

They do not test for incompatible RAM.

For testing purposes replace the recently installed RAM modules with RAM modules on the Qualified Vendor List (QVL).

You can continue testing other hardware components to rule them in or out but the best use of your time will be to test with RAM that is approved by the computer or motherboard manufacturer.

I will switch out the ram next week. i have school work to do this weekend and i will update a week after about how many reboots or blue screens i get (if any). Crossing my fingers this is the solution.
