@VinodSurvase-1595,

This feature is to set up an out of office status and message to let your teammates know you’re not working or on vacation. When teammates send you a chat message, they'll see your out of office reply and know you're unavailable. Your out of office status will also sync with automatic replies in your Outlook calendar.

There are two options for Send replies outside my organization. One is Only to my contacts , which is only for the external user added as your contact as below:

Another one is All external senders, which is for all external users who send message to you.

Thanks @michev , I got you answer but I want to know those 2 options what each option does and meaning because if I selected second option then do i need to add external users email addresses in below textbox or not required?

The second option means that the message you configured will be sent to any external users that messages you, no need to add them first. If you select the first option, only users that you have added to your Contact list will receive the auto-reply message.
The text box is for the auto-reply message, the text that will be sent to the external users. No need to add any addresses therein.
