A PC running Windows 10 Pro periodically (once or twice per month) suspends almost all programs. The mouse cursor still moves, but nothing happens upon clicking any button. The Task Manager was still running fine the last time it happened. The CPU usage was still updated. It was less than 10%.
I checked the Event Viewer and did not find anything abnormal around the time when it happened except logging completely stopped until the PC was rebooted.
Could anyone offer a tip on how to diagnose this?

2020-07-29T17:03:15.553+00:00 I am sorry but I have just realized a typo. I meant Event Viewer, not event log. I will try to correct it.
All logging completely stopped. It is like an abrupt power outage, but the PC was still running, but no response to any button click, so I could not shut down it normally. I had to use the reset button. Please note that I restarted the computer hours after the PC entered this semi-hang state.I will take a screenshot of the Task Manager next time when it happens again.
Not sure if it is relevant that I upgraded this PC by replacing its motherboard with an AMC Athlon CPU with one with Intel Core i5. It has been running great except this problem that happens once in a while.
