Hello Samaj,

If you are able to open at least a cmd prompt, you can perform below tasks or try to restart then open CMD and follow this commands ,

•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
•- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
•- sfc /scannow

Once the system is up, please go through the below link and perform those operations

Hello @samaj101-4547

Additionally,

I would suggest below troubleshooting steps.

  1. Try to boot in safe mode and cleanup below temp folders

    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
    C:\Windows\Temp

  2. Disable any Antivirus software for temporary if resolve this issue.

  3. Try to update this application from Vendor site to latest version.

  4. Re-Install the Application from Control Panel-> Program and Features- > your application name

Hope above steps helps in you case.

Thanks , Prakash
