i get Youre not eligible for an Azure free account when signing up azure for students

I try to open a free account for Azure using edu mail but I get this message at the end "you are not eligible for an azure subscription". I tried on incognito mode,but got the same message. whats the problem any solutions?

Hi @BillNye-8030,

Please double check the following:

  • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.

  • The credit card information is correct.

  • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
