CXOne Pro Screen Recording in Azure Environment

Has anyone set up the NICE inContact CX One Pro Screen Recording functionality in an Azure environment? We are able to make this work for multiple agents, but only one agent at a time. The .exe is loaded is loaded to the VDI desktop and there are multiple agents pulling from that desktop, but it will only allow one user at a time to use the screen agent. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

@RobinBiddy-9428 We need more details to help understand the issue better. Can you please share which Azure services/products you are using and is this issue related to Azure Virtual desktop? Please let me know. Thanks.
