Microsoft Certification dashboard is very slow while loading. I wanted to re-schedule my exam but the page did not load after trying for 2-3 hours. After many tries, page was loaded but the scheduled exam does not appear in the appointment section.
I followed one of the blog to select the exam provider and click on GO button to see the exams. when I followed the steps and selected my exam provider (PSI) and clicked on the Go button, Profile update page opened and asked to update the details. when I updated and clicked on save and continue, I received below error:
Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.
Please help
