I believe you have enabled the Allow my organization to manage my device option, make sure the security policies of your organization are not blocking your computer.
Please try removing the credentials from your Windows Credential manager, and retry logging in to the client.
Also see if you could login to the Teams for Browser from your computer.

It looks like your admins have configured a policy that requires device registration... best talk to your IT support staff.
