Appliance could not initiate the discovery as the 'discovery' agent is unable to communicate to the service endpoint:

Source discovery failed
Details
Appliance could not initiate the discovery as the 'discovery' agent is unable to communicate to the service endpoint: 'https://a71a767e-9929-4d2e-8969-e301b3bf4a03-agent.uks.disc.privatelink.prod.migration.windowsazure.com/' in Azure.

Note: Azure migration tool appliance and discovering to a VMware vCenter

Recommendation
1. Ensure that the appliance has connectivity to internet either directly or via proxy and can resolve the service endpoint provided in the error message.
2. If you have enabled the appliance for private endpoint connectivity, ensure that appliance is connected to the Azure virtual network over a private link and can resolve the service endpoint provided in the error message. Verify the network connectivity and DNS resolution using this troubleshooting guide - [https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2162448]
3. If there are no issues with the connectivity, restart the service (mentioned in the error message) from task manager in the appliance server.
4. Refresh the browser and try to initiate the discovery again as it may be a transient network issue.
