Unable to create the GPU vm with more than 28 GB ram and vCores 8

Hi Team,

I want to create an N series VM(GPU NVIDIA Tesla 100 ) vm with more than 28 GB ram and vCores 8. However, I am unable to see more options while creating the VM in East US. It is showing only two options. Please see the below screenshot for more details.

You most likely need to request a quota increase from Microsoft for additional cores as they usually limit the cores available for the NV series.

If you go to Subscription -> Usage and quotas, you should be able to see the number or cores available to you and if it is set to 8 for the NVas_v4 series in East US then this is your issue. There should be an option there to edit the quota or request an increase.

Hi Alan,

Thanks for the update. However, I am unable to find the request quota option under subscription.

Can you please share me the link?

Our requirement is, VM with 16 vCores 64 GB RAM with 350 GB SSD NDs series (NVIDIA Tesla V100 GPUs). If I request with the same configuration, Can I get the VM?

I can't send a link for it. If you go to Subscriptions in the Azure portal, click on your subscription, then click on usage + quotas under the settings section you should see your quotas.

Click on the pencil icon above if you have it. You might also be able to request an increase through the help and support section, create a support ticket and request an increase - https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/overview
