Having an issue with removing azure VM from Update Management in azure portal

I'm trying to remove a single VM from Azure update management but it's not working. I have followed instructions in the below link.

First, the MicrosoftDefaultComputerGroup with Legacy category: Updates is missing(See below).

I created below group and added the function to remove the VM but it's still not working.

@Denno-8696 Welcome to Microsoft Q & A Community Forum. Its been documented in the article, that it takes 24 hours for the machine to be no longer listed in update management. I would like to confirm if its been 24 hours and still you are facing?

@Denno Apologies for the inconvenience caused. It looks like an issue which needs in-depth troubleshooting as we will need to find out the root cause. As this is beyond the purview of the Forums Support, we would request you to create a Technical Ticket so that our engineers can help you appropriately. Also we would need sensitive information regarding the Subscription and Tenant details which should not be disclosed on the Public Forums.
