Audio test call echobot localization

I am developing an app that creates an audio test call by calling 8:echo123. The bot's voice is currently in English but I wanted to see if it would be possible to localize the bot's language for users not in English speaking regions. Is there a way to accomplish this?

    Thanks for your patience. Your scenario is currently not support on ACS however it is on the roadmap. As of now we do not have an ETA date for delivery.
