PowerPoint Ignoring PDF Printers

I use PowerPoint 365. I have two PDF printers, one of them the Microsoft "Print to PDF" printer.

If I select this or the other PDF printer, or even "send to OneNote" it ignores the request and only prints to one of the two physical printers.

    @Kosta Patsan

    Could you please provide more information about the another PDF printers?
    Is it a three-party virtual printer?

    Does this issue occur with other Office files? Such as Word documents, Excel workbooks.
    It's recommended to open Paint > Simplly doodle on drawing > File > Print > Select "Microsoft Print to PDF" to print for a test.

    If this issue just occur with Office files, I suggest you go to Control Panel to perform an Online Repair for Microsoft 365 apps first.

    Please also go to Start menu > Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners > Click the "Microsoft Print to PDF", Manage > Set as default.
    Beisdes, please remember to turned "Let Windows to manage my default printer" off.

    Any updates you may post back.

    Thanks for your response.

    1) it is only occurring in PowerPoint. It is NOT occurrign on any other Office program, which print to PDF or OneNote perfectly fine.

    2) I have already run the Office repair tool, to no avail.

    3) In PowerPoint i can choose the Microsoft Print to PDF, or a third party PDF printer, or Print to Onenote. It promptly ignores all three and prints to my default printer.

    4) I then set Microsoft Print to PDF as the defualt prionter and it works. However this is not a good long term option.

    Any ideas?
